Enjoy an expressive painting introductory workshop for 4 people held at the Abbey Retreat Centre. Participants will be guided through activities that will help stimulate creative expression. Expressive painting requires no training or art making experience! All supplies will be provided. The session will be led by Norah Mooney, one of Abbey Retreat Centre's program facilitators and an expressive arts therapist registered with the Ontario Expressive Arts Therapy Association.

Our retreats and online programming offer rest, renewal, companionship, meaningful discussions, healthy & delicious food, and an introduction to research-based practices that tend body, mind, and soul. We offer our in-person and online retreats and programs at no cost to participants, recognizing there are many increased expenses for individuals and families facing cancer. This auction is part of our Haliburton Highlands Challenge Fundraiser with all proceeds going towards enhancing and expanding our cancer-support programming. We are so grateful to everyone who has generously donated items and experiences!
