Description
Trainees in our Basics of Carpentry program have been busy building a bunkie and it could be yours! Our crew has put in the work building this to be auctioned off with all proceeds going back into the community through SIRCH Community Services.
The bunkie is 104 square feet (can be placed without a building permit) and is 8’ x 13’, full 7’ high inside. Large steel entry door, and two high quality (Jeld Wen) windows. Clad in painted board and batten style with a shingled roof. The structure will be closed in but unfinished inside. The floor is insulated and sealed.
The bunkie is currently sitting at Emmerson Lumber in Haliburton. It MUST be picked up and moved by Tuesday April 4th. Moving costs are not included in the auction price.
Payment
We require a valid credit card to bid on any item. The winner's credit card will be processed to pay for the item when the auction closes.
Tax Information
This item is not taxable.
Fulfillment
Once payment is processed, fulfillment instructions will be emailed to the winning bidder and made available to the bidder in the Account section.
